Eris Norman is a lifelong Washingtonian and longtime Potomac resident who brings a deep understanding of the DC Metro real estate market to every transaction. She is licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and specializes in Montgomery County—with a strong focus on Potomac, Bethesda, and surrounding neighborhoods. Real estate runs deep in Eris’s family—her in-laws founded Legum & Norman, one of the largest property management companies in the DC area. She and her husband also own Norman’s Farm Market, a community staple offering fresh, sustainable produce grown on their 60-acre farm in Woodbine, Maryland.

Together, they’ve raised their family in Potomac, where Eris has been active in the community and local schools. Their daughter is a graduate of Tulane University, and their son is studying biology and University of Pittsburgh.
